At 3DInfiniteLayers, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of our products and services, including 3D modeling, 3D printing, reverse engineering, printing products, and STL files.

1. General Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Only physical products such as 3D-printed items and reverse-engineered parts are eligible for returns.
• Digital products such as STL files and 3D models are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Return Period

• Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery day.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Method

Options Available

• By mail: Customers can return items via mail using the return instructions provided after contacting our support team.

3. Return Process

Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 3dinfinitelayer@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The fixed shipping cost for the return label is ₹70.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Processing Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Partial Refunds

• Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will apply for all eligible returns.

5. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at 3dinfinitelayer@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products such as STL files and 3D models.
• Custom-made products tailored to your specifications.
• Items on sale or purchased with a discount code.

7. Return Exceptions

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
• Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
