  • Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders for digital products such as STL files and 3D models will be processed within a minute.
  • Orders for physical products such as 3D printed items and reverse-engineered parts will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
  • Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate any delays and provide an estimated delivery date.
 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
  • Shipping carriers include but are not limited to Delhivery,Amazon Shipping, Ekart, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
